The Trinidad Civic Club held the first annual Memorial Ceremony in 1995 to honor those whose names are engraved at the Trinidad Bay Memorial Park, the historic location of the Memorial Lighthouse, located at Trinity and Edwards Streets. The public ceremony is held on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at 2 pm.

The 27th Annual Trinidad Memorial Ceremony took place on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 2 p.m. The ceremony was held at Trinidad Bay Memorial Park at Edwards and Trinity Streets in front of the Memorial Wall honoring those lost or buried at sea.
The 26th Annual Trinidad Memorial Ceremony was held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 2 p.m. in front of the Memorial Wall honoring those lost or buried at sea, Trinidad Bay Memorial Park, the former Memorial Lighthouse site at Edwards and Trinity Streets.
The 25th Annual Ceremony scheduled for this year was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A few Civic Club members and public officials performed a private videotaped ceremony. The video is posted here for family and friends of those memorialized.
